The Student Success Lead role at Valenture Institute oversees a cluster of Mentors and Student Success Administrators working to support Junior High, International GCSE and A-level programmes. In addition to offering pastoral care, Mentors also provide administrative support to students, monitor and support students who are at risk and focus on student retention. They are also a key touchpoint for parents, and they work closely with Valenture stakeholders as an advocate for their students. The Campus Manager and Senior Learning Coach role at Valenture Institute takes full responsibility for the oversight of one of Valenture Institute’s Boutique Campuses, a new flagship offering that combines the Valenture CORE offering of online learning with a safe, modern physical space where students can co-learn, interact and collaborate with peers in person while studying online with a global community of students. The Campus Manager will be the key interface between students, parents, team members employed at the Campus, as well as suppliers, to ensure that the Campus is an energetic, culturally-rich and innovative space to learn. In addition to overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Campus, this role acts as a Senior Learning Coach, overseeing one of the two Home Rooms that will be co-located at the Boutique Campus. In this capacity, Campus Manager and Senior Learning Coach will oversee the pastoral care, engagement and retention responsibilities of a single Home Room of students.

Boutique Campuses are a new flagship offering that combines online learning with the opportunity to study in a modern, forward-thinking, culturally-rich co-learning space. Students complete all of their lessons and learning materials online and benefit from the mentorship and supervision of an on-site Learning Coach and Learning Facilitator as well as the opportunity to engage in a socially-rich environment with peers.
The role
The Learning Facilitator role at one of Valenture Institute’s Boutique Campuses is responsible for assisting the Campus Manager and Senior Learning Coach with their student support duties and administrative support. Learning Facilitators are incredibly passionate about people, especially students, they are always eager to offer support to staff and adapt a positive attitude to solving complex problems. They support the Campus Manager and Senior Learning Coach through ongoing engagement, holistic development and removing barriers and obstacles for the students in their care. The Learning Facilitator provides a support role for the Campus Manager and Senior Learning Coach where needed within the Home Room settings and exercises duty of care at all times.

Our School Counsellor is deeply committed to helping our students succeed in their High School experience. Our Counsellor is passionate about supporting our students, parents and staff. They are responsible for implementing pastoral care initiatives, developing socio-emotional programmes, providing personalised interventions to our students and parents, as well as supporting and training the Valenture Institute Faculty and Student Success Team members.

The Proofreader role at the Valenture Institute is primarily responsible for proofreading, editing and quality assuring secondary school course content and assessments that are suitable for high-touch online delivery. The incumbent will play a vital role in ensuring that the course content is thoroughly checked for accurate use of language, grammar and style. The Proofreader will work closely with the Project Management and Learning Design teams to ensure that there is a progression in the finalisation of content reviews to meet the project deadlines.

Valenture Institute’s Learning Technology Team is responsible for owning the implementation and management of all learning technology systems and tools in order to achieve maximum efficiency and high-quality user experiences. The Learning Technology Team is responsible for working closely with the different business stakeholders to effectively support Valenture Institute’s pedagogy, and to ensure that the various users of Valenture’s Learning Technology are adequately supported through appropriate onboarding, training and standards.
The chosen candidate will play a critical role in the evolution of our digital platform, responsible for the conceptualization, design and execution of compelling and effective digital assets that help drive acquisition and engagement as well as in the continued growth of our brand on social media/web.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
● Working with the marketing team and in partnership with the Content Manager and Lead Designer to conceptualise, produce and evolve Valenture’s social media presence
● Working with the Content Manager to translate and all marketing requirements into compelling, appropriate campaigns and designs
● Manage and produce digital design work, including banner sizing and versioning, as well social media paid advertising creative including banners, landing pages and blog images.
● Design social media layouts post as well as various other web and print projects.
● Reviewing product positioning and online marketing content to identify room for improvement.
● Research trends in digital design within our industry; present ideas and concepts for application of “of-the-moment” digital innovation to the broader team
● Provide design support to other business lines to create product graphics, logos, identity design, or other similar offline graphics.

The Project Manager is an enabling role that is tasked in supporting the Product Owner and other functional and departmental leads by planning all activities and timelines, and ensuring production and delivery of educational content takes place accordingly.
