Valenture allows parents flexibility.
Whether your family is in the midst of a big move to another city or country, you want your child to travel with you for work as you're a single mom, or maybe you want to ensure the safety and security of your teen at home without having to homeschool them, Valenture allows parents that flexibility.
Not to mention, the peace of mind that your child is supported and doesn’t fall through any cracks in the system.
62% of our experienced teachers have taught worldwide and are extremely supportive in guiding our global community of students along their journey with us. That means 1:1 sessions with mentors who are able to pick up any academic or social issues learners might experience early on, before it goes unnoticed for too long.
“First there was the Cape Town drought, then load-shedding, and now COVID-19; these kids have been through a lot in their generation,” says Pete, a Valenture dad to two of our students.
“Our family was also supposed to move to the States in March, but that has since been put on hold because of the pandemic.”
Luckily, because their kids study at Valenture, they could continue with their schooling throughout as normal.
“This has really given the kids consistency in a time of such disruption.”
It’s a safe space to thrive in, especially in a time of such uncertainty. And even their kids, Luke and Olivia, agree saying their teachers have made them love and excel in subjects they didn’t enjoy at traditional schools or when being homeschooled in the past.
Our online learning environment is defined as ‘high-touch’, which means a lot of personal attention is given to each and every student to ensure their personal growth. That means parents are not responsible for any homeschooling, and that there is more time to share special moments. Be that as a mother and daughter or as a family together at home as kids take charge of their own education.
