There are many things you you might not know about our faculty and staff.

There are many things you might not know about our faculty and staff.

One, for example, is that 43% of them have a Master's Degree.

Plus, if not more impressive, our teachers have over 250 years of accumulated teaching experience across a diverse range of subjects. This group of distinguished deans and teachers guide our students along their way with us. They effortlessly prepare students to be future-fit, giving them the best possible chance of getting into the world's best universities as we offer an internationally-recognised curriculum and tech-driven subjects.

A significant part of our pedagogy is that our global online high school allows students from around the world to meet and to connect with each other.

Our faculty have extensive experience in teaching primary, high school and university learners and students around the world in countries like Malta, Namibia, China, the UK and Vietnam, and are passionate about connecting students.

“I’m passionate about teaching and learning and making a difference in people’s lives. I love working at a school that operates with a global mindset that incorporates best, often cutting-edge, practices,” says our Dean of Life Sciences and school principal, Rick Greener.

One of our Business Studies teachers at Valenture, Liebe Brand who taught Economics to high school students in China from 2016 until 2018, says that she loves the fact that "students and I can be anywhere in the world, and we can connect on our shared appreciation for knowledge and wisdom."

It is all about global-first, and our teachers are more than prepared for the challenge to best prepare students to adapt and to succeed under any circumstance.

Gareth Pinches, our Dean of Business perhaps sums up the experience of students with teachers best by saying, “World class teachers, innovative and the future of education. Live teaching is the same as any normal school. We interact, grapple with ideas, build relationships and most importantly we have fun.”
